Daniel is a highly motivated and very capable qualified engineer who has extensive experience and knowledge in risk management, with over a decade of varied experience in the defense, heavy engineering and Oil and Gas industry responsible for over £4 Billion of projects.
He has expertise in CAPEX and OPEX qualitative and quantitative risk management, earned value management and assessment, project management implementation and practitioner, business development, business systems design and integration and training.
He has successfully managed several substantial capital investment projects to time and to budget. He is a highly proficient Risk Manager, who has the skills to facilitate risk and opportunity sessions and conduct quantitative risk modeling.
